NCI programs are designed and developed to meet the unique needs of a specific community or group. This includes workshops, experimental exercise, coaching and mentoring.

Our challenge is to identify and support talented and visionary youth.

Our target is underdeveloped and developing countries.

NCI provides reliable services to unaccompanied youth and destitute families in developing the skills necessary to encourage self-help projects and self-employment opportunities in order to deal with poverty, health and socio-economics strategies for building a healthy community through these activities:

SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT and CAREER DEVELOPMENT

NCI will provide workshops, mentoring and coaching programs to unaccompanied youth who have a business idea. The youth will be led through a Business Development Program where they will be taught how to develop a business approach and plan, financial planning, market researching, and marketing. The program will offer youth one to one support as well as formal and informal instruction in order that the youth gain business and professional responsibilities.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

These unaccompanied youth will gain self-awareness by developing a personal and professional vision, enhancing their strengths and capabilities, knowing their weaknesses and gaining business responsibilities. Furthermore they will gain business knowledge by knowing the markets and financial services and understanding services and products.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Job Search Workshops: Teach clients about researching employers and industries, networking, cold calling, informational interviewing, cover letter and resume writing, applications, interviews and follow up letters.

Gathering place will allow youth to develop relationships with established businesses in order that they gain an understanding of the role of local and global markets, identify resources in the community, research financial services networks and develop and maintain a professional network.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS

By uniting sponsors with needy children, NCI will able to provide these Unaccompanied youth with benefits and services to help them grow up healthy and educated.

Sponsorship programs will be created that will allow to sponsor needy children and their families from developing countries. The sponsor will receive a personal information and picture of the child, description of their home and community.

NCI will facilitate awareness correspondence and relationship between sponsors and sponsored.

NCI will develop efficient and appropriate means to provide access to life skills or vocational training to unaccompanied youth and provide psychosocial support.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

To train and send expert and professional volunteers to share their skills and talents to build community capacity in developing countries for poverty alleviation.

Volunteers abroad will empower grass-root projects by emphasis global partnerships volunteering is away of becoming involved and connected with the community, gaining international, job skills experiences and having fun with cross-cultural exchange.

NCI will dedicate itself to promoting friendship and partnership between people of North America and developing countries links individuals and businesses focusing on building the community capacity to overcome poverty thought economic opportunity.

NCI will bring an awareness to the international community of the sustainability opportunities to developing countries to overcome poverty.

ENTREPRENEURIAL SUPPORT

Build a platform for the community to share their creativity, in writing, art, entrepreneurship and technologies. NCI will host and gather forums for discussing community issues and engaging in sustainable development planning.

ENTERPRISE CENTRE

The Enterprise Centre offers a variety of programs and services to new entrepreneurs, new business people, to existing businesses, and to those wishing to start a business. The centre works closely with individuals as well as training and economic development organizational. Its goal is to provide clients with the most complete range of mentoring, coaching, services and training programs with a view to support and develop their businesses.
