DREAM - MR. JEAN DE DIEU HAKIZIMANA
I believe that God who is the Father of the world family, the one who created me is leading me to walk for hope and peace, not for my purposes, but for God's purpose. I recognize that I am here in this world to worship God, and that the greatest form of worship is to love the Lord my God and our neighbors with all my heart, mind, body and strength.
I realize that the greatest expression of that love is offering myself as a living sacrifice to humanity. I recognize that God wants to call His people to a life of stewardship, compassion, forgiveness and reconciliation in our hearts.
Children, Women, Men, Families, Villages, Communities, Cities destroyed, killed and suffered for wars, genocides, massacres, prejudices, discrimination, rape, HIV-AIDS. The victims pain is on the physical, emotional, intellectual, psychological, social, spiritual levels.
I am walking for hope and peace in order to call the citizens of the earth to create an independent commission for truth and reconciliation for all people in earth. Which will work for the UN, and World Government and others Institution.
I am founder and executive director of Neighborhood Care International Association survived the hatred and replace it with a vision of peace, truth and reconciliation for all people on earth.
I am a victim of Rwandan genocide. I often asked myself why there was so much suffering and death around me. Why is Africa so torn by war, and tribal hatred, and religious persecution, and HIV infection? Even now in Canada. Why must my people -- the people of Rwanda, and all African people suffer from vicious religious, political and tribal wars.
Why must we be victimized by discrimination and hatred? Why must family turn against family? Why must tribe turn against tribe? Why must nation turn against nation?
I decided to devote my life to the Vision, Mission and Goal of Neighborhood Care International Association.
My hope and dream is to help children and families to overcome their wounds from war, poverty, homelessness, human rights abuses and injustices committed against the citizens of the world as well overcome the tribal hatred, which tore our nation apart and killed so many of us including my whole family.

"MAY PEACE PREVAIL ON EARTH"
My daily prayer to call for World peace:
Humanity seeks God on many roads. Humanity hears God through many voices. Today, I hear God speak one, and that word is peace. In this world torn with ethnic strife and riddled with religious persecutions and threatened by international terrorism, I yearn for faith to hear and heed God's word of hope and peace.
On this journey of heart, walk for hope and peace, I call you to say No to war, hunger, poverty, impunity, homelessness and raise awareness to human and civil rights abuses and injustice against my life, dreams and hope as well other citizens of the world.
On this journey of heart, walk for hope and peace I call on world governments, United Nation, E.U, A.U and religious institutions to create an Independent Commission for truth and reconciliation, to heal and enact God's call to make peace among all people of the earth.
I believe that the world has enough resources for everyone to have a healthy life and opportunities for the future, I know that political leaders and extremists have used wars to eliminate opposition and to gain profit, power and revenge. We are all called to love our neighbors. On this journey of heart walk for hope and peace to all people to gather in solidarity to proclaim that God is a God of mercy, forgiveness, justice and peace, not a God of war.
I call upon all persons of faith to forgive one another, be reconciled to one another, and to commit themselves to works together, to build a world of justice, equality and peace.
