NCI's mission is to care, assist and raise awareness for the empowerment of grass-roots projects through literacy, environmental sustainability, global healing and healthy community partnerships.

OUR GOAL

NCI's goal is to serve local and international communities by empowering families in developing the skills necessary to encourage self-help prjects, and to provide a convenient and friendly environment where people can meet and learn in safe and welcome atmosphere.

• Limited immigrant legal assistance
• Advocacy and support in handling drug, alcohol, child or spouse abuse, family crises, senior issues, and povery
• Developing business plan
• Funding research
• Personal and business referrals
• Career coach and job placement
• Facilitate sponsorship program for education, health care, and shelter for less fortunate and needy children  and families.
• Working with other groups concerned community needs programs.
• Increase management capacity and technology information services on basis support grass -roots projects and local initiatives.
• Facilitating cooperative conflict resolution
